PIR Workshop facilitators will be paid $400. If more than one person teaches the class, they must divide the total. Teachers may count six (6) hours toward their 12-hours of Flexible PIR requirements only once in the same PIR year (in which case they will be paid for prep time only: $250.) Study Group or Book Study facilitators will be paid $180 (divided if they co-facilitate). Study Group or Book Study facilitators who choose to earn PIR credit while facilitating will not be paid.

To accommodate staff needs, please feel free to offer your class between June 8, 2019 and April 30, 2020 outside of contracted duty time (i.e., evenings, weekends, summer) - priority will be given to sessions offered during the first semester. Sessions must be at least 2 hours in length, so your classes might be 2 hours in length for three sessions, 3 hours for two sessions, or 6 hours on a Saturday or summer weekday. Workshops/Study Groups MUST be 6 hours or more (total) in length.

NOTES:

* Full days must include a one-hour lunch.
* Each session must be two hours or more.
* All time must be on non-duty time (after 4:00 on a duty day or on non-duty days).
* Once PIR eCentral is open online (April 1, 2019), dates and times CANNOT be changed.
