Thank you for your application to be a vendor or host an informational booth at the Tucson MLK Celebration.
The Celebration will take place on Monday, 1/20/2025 from 10AM - 3:00PM at Reid Park in Tucson, AZ.
1. Completed application and payment are due no later than January 13, 2025

ALL Food & Merchandise Vendors must obtain a $25 "Special Event" Permit from Tucson City Hall - 255 W. Alameda (1st Floor) Tucson, AZ or complete the form and email it to: license@tucsonaz.gov. payments can be made in person or via phone. PDF Application:

3. There are 3 participating categories: Food, Retail and Informational vendors. Please review the specifics in the section below that applies to your request.
4. All vendors must bring their own table, chairs and power source
5. Vendors may begin setting up at 7:30 AM. For safety and in the spirit of EXCELLENCE, vendors will not be permitted to set up if arriving after 8:30 AM. Refunds will not be provided.
6. The MLK Committee reserves the right to limit the selling of certain items to avoid duplication and/or products that do not align with the goals and spirit of the Tucson MLK Celebration.
