Interest form for America's Mountain Festival 2026. Please, fill out this form and then send three photos of the product you sell to vendors@americasmountainfestival@gmail.com. If you're able to include a photo of your booth (4 photos total) that is beneficial as well.
This is an outdoor event and tents are required along with the proper weights to hold it down.
Once your application is received, AMF staff will review and we may contact you for additional information. Once approved, a payment link is provided to you via your preferred email. You are encouraged to pay ASAP so you are added to the list for picking a booth space. Spaces are picked in order of payment received.
AMF will limit the number of vendors in the same genre in order to keep exclusivity. We want all vendors to have a positive outcome during the festival.
We will not have access to potable water nor electricity for vendors. You can have a generator to run electricity and please bring water with you.
Pricing**
- 10x10 | $70 non-profit, $90 for-profit
- 10x20 | $120 non-profit, $140 for-profit
- Food Truck will be $140 for the day
**A late registration fee is applied ($10) to each category after March 15.
Set up will be Saturday morning from 7am -10am. There is NO SECURITY on-site. All booths MUST be completely set up no later than 11am. Vendors have assigned locations based on the order of payments received.
