Do you authorize a purchase order to replace the windows in your unit as part of a broader improvement project to replace all windows at the Beaconsfield condominium?
Note that in the last survey the picture window included two side windows 15” wide. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the window manufacturer. The minimum width available for these windows is 18” reducing the central fixed pane from 38” to 32.

We heard suggestions to switch to dark windows as a preferred color for our buildings. We would like to hear your opinion. Please express your preference between two alternative colors for the outside of the frames.
