This is Pueblo's very own version of the Academy Awards and features live musical guests and awards presented by various Hollywood, local, and international guests. 

Please complete this form and bring your ticket with you to Memorial Hall that night!  If you lose the hardcopy  ticket - no worries we will have you on the list because you completed the form here!  Seating is limited to 1550 people and is open first come first serve, so please arrive for the red carpet no later than 6:30pm. Once we are sold out this form will stop accepting responses.
