Description: Students will write personal narratives in which they'll experiment with form, genre, and visual elements in writing. This can include writing stories in lists, arranging text uniquely on the page, combining poetry and prose, and other ways of breaking conventional writing structure. This will be a great opportunity for students to explore writing in a new way. It will provide an outlet for advanced writers to challenge themselves. This creative workshop will also be useful to students who often find themselves with "writer's block."
Location: 372 5th Avenue in Park Slope at the Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co.
Dates: March 30, April 6, and April 13, 2019
Time: 4 PM - 6 PM
*This course is free for all currently registered AST and Writers' Room students.
