Glad to know your are making a choice of making this gift to yourself for the fitness of the mind for a lifetime of fulfilment! The human brain is an incredible organ with a limitless capacity to learn but age has a way of catching up with it!  Designated for those above the age of 35, RESTART is a 30-day activity-based program for the fitness of the mind for a lifetime of fulfilment.  It consists of a scientifically planned exploration of exercise, nutrition, sleep, novelty, challenge, creativity and meditation. 

Suggested Schedule Dates (TBD) We'll finalized as per the final-PAID participant's convenience and flexible to their needs between June and August Fridays ~ 6-9 PM EST.

Suggested DONATION: $500 per person

1. IF you are unable to donate this above amont per person due to your unemployment, financial difficulties, or any other monetory issues - just send me an email to sunil@swaasthya.us AND also send whatever amount is within your capacity. We'll try to bridge the gap-balance amount from other donations / our own pocket so that you shouldn't miss this golden opportunity. This secret will reamin between just two of us.

2. IF money is not a limiting factor for you, then PLEASE donate more amount so that we can fund more people in need of this ReSTART in their life. You will be benefited from the blessings.

3. We will finetune the final schedule with all paid members, so that it matches their convenience and day-offs.
