2017 Falcon Fest Volunteer Sign-Up

Our 30th Annual Festival will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017. The festival will feature classes A, AA, and AAA. Awards will take place at 9 pm and the starting time will be determined based on the number of registered schools.

Falcon Fest is one of our major fundraisers for the year. The day celebrates marching bands, features Wheaton North High School as the host and directly impacts the reputation of the Wheaton North Band Programs. The day requires a large number of volunteers for a high quality experience for our 1000+ visitors.

There are many ways and places to volunteer including:
- Admissions
- 50/50 Raffle
- Advertising
- Shout Out Sales
- Band Warm Up Area
- Concession Sales
- First Aid
- Band Hosts
- Parking
- Pit Holding Area
- Band Holding Area
- Stands
- Hospitality
