The event regulations are as follows:•ALL items must be top quality. •The Organizer has a right to enforce operating rules and to accept or reject any vendor. In order to keep an even mix of merchandise, we will limit the number of vendors in each category. These spaces are offered on a first-come basis. •Vendors must bring their own tables, tents and chairs.•Power and water is not provided. •Vendors are solely responsible for the timely set up and take down of their tables and/or booths.•Your table must be attended during event hours and area surrounding your table must be kept clean and safe. You are responsible for your own table and items. •You are required, according to State regulations, to have a Tax ID Number when selling your items. You are responsible for your tax obligations. •Cambridge Chamber of Commerce is not liable for loss, damage, etc. •It is the individual Vendor’s responsibility to monitor merchandise, transactions and surroundings. The Organizer and Venue cannot be held responsible for any loss arising out of the Vendor’s participation in this event.
The Vendor hereby holds the event organizer, venue, its agents, employees and servants and the Sponsors, their agents, employees and servants harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney’s fees resulting from or arising out of Vendor’s participation in this event.
This agreement shall be effective immediately upon execution and shall continue in effect throughout the event period. I hereby agree that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.
