- This form is only a request and is subject to availability. You will be contacted by a Group Services representative to confirm if your
requested date and activities will be available.
- Washington Pavilion Membership benefits DO NOT apply when visiting with a
group (school, youth, or other) due to special group programming and funding.
- A group must include a minimum of ten (10) paid admissions to qualify for the normal or reduced group rate. Please note there is a 3.5% fee when paying with a card.
