RSVP: City Council Hearing/Rally on 9/28
On Wednesday, September 28 at 10 am, we are holding a rally on the steps of City Hall in NYC. At 11 a.m., the City Council is having a hearing on ending solitary confinement in NYC jails. We need everyone who opposes solitary confinement to urge the Council to pass Int 549. You can do that by joining the rally and by testifying at the hearing in person (Council Chambers, City Hall) or remotely (through Zoom) and/or by submitting written testimony. Please register to testify at https://council.nyc.gov/testify/.

Also, please sign up here to let us know if you will attend the rally at 10 a.m. before the hearing and/or testify at the hearing.
