Downtown St. Cloud Business Improvement District (BID) Needs Assessment
As a business and/or property owner within the proposed Downtown St. Cloud Business Improvement District, you are invited to complete the Needs Assessment Survey. Your answer will be used to prioritize services and customize improvements as we move forward through the BID approval process. 

Please note that if you own more than one parcel in the proposed service area, you only need to complete this survey once. We kindly request that you complete the survey by February 16th 2024.
