You may be placed on a waiting list if there is no room available for your family even if you register before the deadline, and after July 1st, no registrations will be accepted at all.

Before you begin make sure you have all of the following information ready for ALL participants you are registering:

Address and contact information

Date of birth and school grade level as of fall of this year (if applicable)

Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts

Doctor and dentist names and contact info

Date of last tetanus shot and other immunizations

Health insurance information (insurance provider, policy holder name, policy number)

Any diseases or health problems, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special medications we should know about in case of emergency
