This information is being collected by the Frogs Robotics FLL team (#30485), located in Salem VA. This survey is part of our innovation project. We are trying to start and help new FLL teams, and make it easier for teams and potential team members to connect.

If you enter your information in this form, it will be put in our website (https://www.frogsrobotics.org) for access by anyone else who registers. You should NOT post any information that you do not want to be publicly available to other people who register with the website. You should not post any youth information. Adults only, please!

This website is not part of FIRST or sanctioned by FIRST. If you'd like to be a mentor or match with a mentor, we encourage you to also use FIRST's official mentor network, found here: https://info.firstinspires.org/mentor-network .

Please practice good internet safety and follow FIRST's Youth Protection Policy rules for any contact between youth team members and adults whose YPP screening status is not known.
