Thank you for your interest in signing up your child for our  Science Club. A fantastic parent volunteer, Dawn Katafiasz, will be leading this Upchurch club!

In order to have a quality club, we will need to have a maximum number of students.  We will draw names from all students that are interested. So by filling out this form, you are expressing interest, but we can't guarantee a spot.

Please sign up in each Science session that you are interested in. This could be one session or even all 6!
