Allsorts Youth Project - Referral Form
Allsorts Youth Project listens to, supports & connects children & young people under 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT+) or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

Please fill out this referral form to access any of the support services Allsorts offers in the Sussex area. If you have any challenges filling out this form, please email youth@allsortsyouth.org.uk

ONE TO ONE SUPPORT
One-to-one support is not therapy, mental health provision or counselling but is a place for you to work one-to-one with an LGBT+ Youth Support Worker. We often focus on some of these areas:

- Sexual orientation and/or gender identity
- Helping you reach your full potential
- Increasing resilience – helping you to bounce back
- Building and encouraging healthy relationships
- Building self-esteem and self confidence
- Improving communication between parents/carers, family and friends
- Keeping yourself emotionally and physically safe
- Offering practical support and guidance when appropriate
