Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Lime & Loaf.! We're honored that you would consider us as a platform for your products.

At Lime & Loaf, we strive to create an atmosphere that offers practical and quality good to best reflect our combined overall brand standards of Smith & York Co. and The Dotted Lime. In order to do so, we spend a great deal of time researching and selecting vendors and products that best represent our shop.

Twice a year, in January and July, we offer the opportunity to add a couple of local small business products to our shop. We are forever grateful for those who allowed us an opportunity to get our foot in the door, and want to help encourage those looking to do the same.

How does it work? We have a three phase approach:

1. Complete and submit the vendor request questionnaire form below. Make sure to include as much information and detail. There is no need to submit photos, as we will research the products through the social media and website channels you provide.
 
2. During the first week of January and July, we narrow down vendor requests based on the information provided in the form below. Due to aesthetics, inventory control, space limitations, and brand awareness, the products we choose must be cohesive and align with our overall mission and vision.

3. If selected, we will set up a face-to-face appointment to select products and discuss pricing and sign vendor agreements. Also note: if selected, your product will be available in our shop for six months on a trial basis to see how it performs and will be reevaluated at the end of the trial period.
