22-23 Arvada West Parking Tag Application/Contract
1. Fill out the following form as completely and accurately as possible. Completion of this form is not a guarantee of parking tag for student. Tags are issued on a 1st come/1st serve basis once payment is made on according to the below schedule.
2. Ensure you are up to date on all other school based fees and fines. (Parking Tags will not be issued to students with outstanding fees or fines).
3. Payment by check or cash to the Financial office is due prior to issuance pf parking tag.
Price of tag prorates at the beginning of each month, please contact office for current cost.
NO parking tags will be issued at check-in days. Students should pre-fill out this application/contract, and payment/tag issuance will proceed on the following schedule:
Seniors: Purchase beginning - August 18
Juniors: Purchase beginning - August 22
Sophomores: Purchase beginning - August 24
PARKING WILL BE ENFORCED AND TICKETS ISSUED FOR VEHICLES NOT PROPERLY TAGGED OR PARKED BEGINNING ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 24, 2022.
Parking tickets may be issued for parking infractions and student will incur a fee/fine on their student account. Examples of parking infractions could be, but are not limited to, parking w/out a tag and/or parking a registered vehicle w/out a tag, parking in an unauthorized space, etc.
NO student should be parking in either the North or South lot without a current parking tag. No student should park in the South lot without prior consent from an Administrator/Dean - written notice of exceptions shall be provided to the financial office by Administrator/Dean only.
Parking tag must be displayed in a location clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle.
If student switches vehicles, parking tag should be moved to subsequent vehicle.
