The Voice: Submit your coolest 2020 product
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF GETTING SELECTED FOR COVERAGE.

Got a new product for Fall/Winter 2020 that you want to get it in front of retailers? Tell us all about it and you just might earn a coveted spot in our highly-curated, cream of the crop product pick section. Note: You do NOT need to be exhibiting at Outdoor Retailer to be considered for coverage.

DEADLINE: September 2, 2019

GUIDELINES:
— Products must be submitted into the form by September 2. We can not chase you down for missing information, photos, MSRPs, etc., so make sure it is all included at the time of submission. Feel free to submit products earlier, though—The earlier we see it, the better the chance of it being included.
—Submit only up to 3 products per brand. ONLY 50 PRODUCTS WILL BE CHOSEN SO MAKE SURE YOUR ENTRY REALLY PIQUES OUR INTEREST!
—The product must be debuting at the time of the show. Please don't submit last season's products. However, if your brand has chosen not to exhibit at OR, that is OK! We still want to hear what you have coming!
—We must have a high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi at 5 inches wide) laydown photo of the product, ON WHITE, at the time of submission. Please don't submit photos with models or other lifestyle shots—laydowns on white, only.

NOTE: After submitting the form, notice and save the link you're given. This will allow you to edit your submission later, if needed.

HOW TO SUBMIT PHOTOS: Please create a Dropbox, Google Drive, or other web-hosted folder, containing photos for ALL of the products you're submitting for each brand. Include the link to the folder you’ve created in the form below (if you're a PR professional submitting on behalf of multiple brands, please create one folder per brand, so that we don't mix up the products). Make the folder viewable by anyone with the link, rather than share it with one specific email address, and make sure the folder does not expire! (I.e. WeTransfer, Dropbox Pro, etc.) Name each file like this: brand_productname.jpg, and/or put photos of the same product in a subfolder that is clearly labeled, especially if you are submitting images for multiple products.

Again, please don't hesitate to reach out to project manager Ryan Wichelns at ryan.wichelns@gmail.com with any questions. Thank you!
