The Sessions will be on the 2nd floor. Given the limited capacity, entry will be on a first-come, first-serve and registered basis. Program will start PROMPTLY at 10:00 am (Doors will be closed and entry will be prohibited after the doors are closed). Minimum age is 18. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. A yoga mat or thick towel is suggested.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY Individual hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives, releases and forever discharges Bay Area Youth Vaishnav Parivar (BAYVP)/ Shreemaya Krishnadham and Shreemay Community Services, its agents, attorneys, members, subsidiaries, beneficiaries, officers, directors, employees, or any entity controlling or under common control with Bay Area Youth Vaishnav Parivar (BAYVP) /Shreemaya Krishnadham and Shreemay Community Services (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, cross­actions, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs), damages (collectively, the "Claims"), arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Contract, Individual’s use of the Bay Area Youth Vaishnav Parivar (BAYVP)/Shreemaya Krishnadham and Shreemay Community Services functions, programs, facilities and grounds (the “Premises”) or activities in and about the Premises by Individual or invitees. Individual agrees never to commence, voluntarily aid in any way, prosecute or cause to be commenced or prosecuted against the Released Parties any action or other proceeding based upon any of the Claims. In connection with the foregoing release, Individual hereby waives any and all rights which exist or may exist under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code and any other comparable provisions or principles of state or Federal law, or the common law. Civil Code Section 1542 provides: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR." It is understood and agreed that the release set forth herein is a full and final release of any and all Claims of every nature and kind whatsoever arising out of the facts and circumstances described herein and that the foregoing release extinguishes all such Claims whether known, unknown, foreseen or unforeseen that Organization/Individual may have or may ever have against the Released Parties. Individual understands and acknowledges the significance and consequences of this specific waiver of California Civil Code Section 1542 and any other comparable provision or principle of State or Federal law, or the common law, and hereby assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses or liabilities that any of them may hereafter incur by virtue of this waiver. This Agreement is a legally binding contract that is intended to provide a comprehensive release of liability. This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California. If any portion of it is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS
