Note: You are welcome to use the space without prior registration—whether alone, as a group, for an event, lecture, etc.—in accordance with our usage guidelines. Scheduled events will be communicated shortly and may indicate room occupancy.

Requirements and Information:

Exclusive Reservations: Generally, it is not possible to reserve the space exclusively for events. The space is open on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and can be used by everyone during these times. Exceptions are coding events (e.g., hackathons, CTFs) that offer alternative learning formats to learners in the educational facility; these must be registered through this form. Even when the room is "booked," external persons may still enter the space.

Alcohol ban: No alcohol may be consumed on the educational campus or in the Open Space.
Number of Persons: A maximum of 200 people are allowed in the room; otherwise, the event must be officially registered by the organizer (you).
Event Insurance: The organizer must cover the event through their own insurance, whether through business liability or event insurance.
Non-Profit Nature: The event must be non-profit and not pursue commercial goals. If you're unsure, the survey will guide you to find out.
