We’ve heard from many residents in the urban core that they’re feeling unsafe walking in their neighbourhoods, riding transit, or trying to get groceries.

We also know that some residents are offering help. The offices of your urban councillors are therefore offering to help connect people willing to help with those who want it.

If you’re willing to walk or ride transit with someone or otherwise help. We’ll facilitate as best we can those connections. If you have safety concerns and want company, contact us.

Nous avons entendu de la part de plusieurs résidents qu’on ne se sent pas en sécurité lorsqu’ils marchent, prennent l’autobus, ou font leurs épiceries dans notre communauté.
Nous savons aussi que quelques résidents offrent leur aide. Donc, les bureaux de vos conseillers aimeraient vous aider à faire la connexion entre ceux qui offrent de l’aide et ceux qui en ont besoin.

Si vous pouvez prendre l’autobus ou une marche avec un voisin, ou si vous êtes dans la mesure d’aider autrement, nous ferons notre possible pour vous relier avec la bonne personne. Si vous avez des préoccupations en ce qui concerne votre sécurité et voulez un accompagnement, contactez-nous.
