Vendors are prohibited from selling products which are not originally created or designed by them. Resellers of third-party products are strictly not allowed.
Vendors are prohibited from selling any counterfeit items, tobacco, alcohol, drugs or any other dangerous items.
Bookings are NOT based on first come first serve. ONLY selected vendors will be notified via email by the organizer.
Vendors are required to attend both days of the event.
Booth sharing must be notified upon registration and is subject to the organizer's approval. Unauthorized booth sharing will result in blacklisting from participating in future markets.
Vendors are not allowed to change his/her designated area without prior consent from the organizer.
Vendors must ensure that their booths are presentable and well maintained at all times. Boxes or any other storage items should be kept hidden under the table or returned to the car after set up, and shall not be placed on walkways or any empty space of the event area.
Booths must be manned and attended at all times (from 4pm to 10pm). Vendors are not allowed to arrive late or leave before the event ends or this will result in blacklisting from participating in future markets. Please inform the organizers if you have a valid reason (such as emergencies) to leave the market earlier.
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own additional fixtures and furniture. However, all fixtures, products and decorations must be contained within the allocated booth space and must not interfere with public walking spaces. Public access walkways must be kept clear at all times.
Non-food vendors (clothing, accessories, paper goods, etc) are prohibited from selling food and beverages of any kind.
Vendors are responsible for their own valuables throughout the event. The organizers will not be responsible or held liable for losses and damaged items.
Vendors must ensure that he/she will not practice any action that will damage, deface or dirty the original conditions of the event area. Should there be any damage – including, but not limited to, defacing and dirt – vendor will be liable to compensate the party who owns the property.
Vendors must ensure decorations/fixtures are secure. If it poses any risk of hurting the crowd, the vendor is liable to pay for any damages caused.
Cancellation of booth will not be entertained and rentals will not be refunded.
The organizers reserve the right to amend or add to the terms and conditions as stated above.
Non-compliance to any of the Terms & Conditions stated above will result in:

2 months suspension from future markets (OR)
Blacklisting from participating future events
Compensation for damages caused (if any)
