Facility Use Form
Our facilities are available to the public for special events and meetings. All facility use request must be submitted one week prior to the event. All dates will need to be confirmed by school staff for any conflict and could be subject to rental charges and/or deposits. You will be contacted on the facility availability. CCSD reserves the right to change scheduled events based upon changes in school activities and school facility use. Please call the school office, 719-783-2291 with any questions you may have about using our beautiful facilities.
