New Social Distancing protocols:
The OTF intake form will be sent to you via email and must filled out before class.

There will be a max of 18 ppl for this class.

Must wear a mask entering the studio, using the restrooms and existing. During the workout is optional.

We will only be allowing everyone in about 5 minutes prior to class.

We will be doing Temperature checks and a verbal COVID symptom questionnaire at the door.

We ask that you travel light:
cell phone, wallet, keys, water bottle, and towel only.

They are not loaning out HR monitors for everyone’s safety.
