2023 Black Queens Nomination form
To be nominated your Black Queen must identify as a Black Woman and live or work in Durham or Orange County, NC. The Black Queens in our community stand out as warriors for affordable housing, criminal justice reform, breaking barriers to access, and so much more. After the nomination deadline CEF Members will decide who the Black Queens are and they will be honored at an event on February 25, 2023 at the Carrboro Century Center. The deadline for submissions is midnight on Sunday, January 15.
