This form is for registration to the Hindi Class 2023-24 at Jain Society of Greater Detroit.
Instructions
1. The registration form has to be submitted online before Dec 31st, 2023.
2. You have to be a member of the Jain Study class and Jain Society of Greater Detroit
3. The fees for this year is (books + registration). The books fee is $40 (charged by HindiUSA), and we are taking registration fees of $40: Zoom licenses, Shipping Charges, Hindi Sankruti Diwas, Awards and 1-1/2 years per class. Any leftover monies, we will use for student activities/awards.
Total Fee: $80
4. Payment will be only in form of Zelle (at chintanjsgd@gmail.com)
5. You and Your parents have to sign this commitment that you plan to attend at-least 80% of the class. Without that commitment, we are not accepting the registration.
6. The academic year for the Hindi Class starts on Jan 01, 2024. The Course Calendar will be posted on the Mailing list and the Website.
7. You have to be in 5 years and above on Jan 2024 to be eligible for the class.
