On-Campus Activity Release Authorization

At Happy Hall Schools, we prioritize the safety and supervision of our students. However, when students participate in on-campus activities outside of our program, they are no longer under our direct supervision. To ensure that we have your authorization for your child to leave our care and attend these activities, we require parents/guardians to complete this authorization form.

Please note that once your child is in our care, we cannot release them to participate in any on-campus activity unless this form is completed. Even if your child will not attend our program before their on-campus activity, we request that you complete this form, as it notifies us of your child’s whereabouts. Additionally, once your child is signed out to attend the activity, Happy Hall Schools is not responsible for their safety and supervision during this time.
