Thank you for your interest in our Garden Build Program! We are still able to offer this service during COVID-19 as we have implemented many safety and care protocols to keep our staff and recipients safe.

As of April 28th, funds for a free garden build through the Building Healthy Communities initiative have been exhausted for the remainder of 2020. We remain committed to support families in the surrounding Sacramento area with their gardening needs.

The purpose of this form is to gather basic information about your garden needs and to determine if you qualify for a low-cost build. Your information will be kept confidential and will only be shared within our network.
