DEI "SPARK" Volunteer Registration: Intl Cottages Due April 27, 2023

Date: Sunday, May 7, 2023

Where: International Houses in Balboa Park / Annual Ethnic Food Fair

2191 Pan American Rd E, San Diego, CA 92101

The cottages will be serving ethnic food, and entertainment will be presented on the stage.

What To Wear: Rotary Gear, such a Rotarians at Work Shirt, baseball cap, etc. Please wear comfortable shoes. If you have long hair and will be near food, please make sure that you can tie it back or put it up.

Volunteer time: 9:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - the event goes until 7 p.m., if you want to stay longer, you can!

Other:

You may bring a friend, spouse, partner or child (age 5+) to volunteer with you. You need to fill out this form if you are registering for other non-Rotarians.
Kids ages 5+ are welcome to volunteer with you, they will need to be under your care and supervision at all times.
There will be a lot of standing - please wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
Volunteers may be asked to lift or carry items and equipment.
General Balboa Park parking is available at the surrounding parking lots. The International Cottages are near the Organ Pavilion on the south side of Balboa Park. Please arrive no later than 8:40 a.m. to park and then walk over to the meet-up location.
