CCE PTA Volunteer Hours Log 2026
THANK YOU for your service to CCE! This form is for Jan-Dec 2026 hours only. 

Please round up to nearest QUARTER hour and enter in decimal form. Ex: 1.25 or 3.5. 

You may add multiple date's hours under one date if needed, though using one date per month is helpful for reporting purposes. 

What constitutes a service hour? Any time spent prepping, planning, shopping, calling, trainings, set up, tear down, time helping students on campus with events, and committee and planning meetings amongst other things! (We already log board meeting hours off sign-in sheets.)

Hours logged on our ccepta.org website will also be counted, so please only report in one place. (If you've used PTA site for reporting previous hours, that is fine! All hours from here and PTA site will be combined and reported. Just don't report same hours in both places.) 

Our district service awards are by calendar year, so please find new link for 2026 Google Form when needed.
