Please note that all dates may not be available as we can only accommodate one large order per day. Currently, we only accept bulk Texas orders on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We don't book more than 6 months in advance. Also, your organization can only book 1 time per 6 months due to the popularity of this fundraiser.
Once our team confirms the date, you can start collecting orders (if needed for fundraising)
Final numbers are required 7 days (1 week) before pick-up.

Pricing for bulk orders (50+ Texas Donuts): $2.50/Texas Donut (regular store price is $2.85). Fundraising groups can then charge what works for their organization; $4-6 is what we’ve heard works well. Once your fundraiser date is booked, pricing will be guaranteed for 30 days.
Pick-up time: Ordinarily our pickup times are scheduled for 10am, but it depends on the quantity and the number of orders we are processing. Our donuts are made fresh in the morning and need time to cool before packaging. If you would like an earlier time of 9 or 9:30am, please let us know. If you have volunteers picking up, please ensure they are aware of the order time as we will not release orders early.
Picking up - Each box holds 16-18 donuts and is 16” x 25” x 5”. Check to make sure you have adequate room in your vehicle or multiple vehicles for your large order.
