Your answer
Bushcraft, Forest School, and playing in the outdoors inherently involves a certain amount of risk, which serves a vital role in a child’s development. We, the undersigned, understand that by its nature, bushcraft involves tool use, though carefully monitored and risk/benefit assessed, it means some risk is inevitable. You agree that cuts, grazes, falls and injury can happen while children are on one of our courses and will not sue for such. You give Phoenix Forest School permission to treat such wounds in accordance with our level of first aid training (REC 3) or to refer your child for medical treatment if necessary. I agree to the above: *
I grant full permission to Phoenix Forest School to use images of my child participating in these programs or events for outreach purposes, including but not limited to electronic or printed materials or online media. Sharing photos of these experiences allows us to promote forest school and encourage others to join in these activities. We would appreciate if you would consider giving permission for photos to be taken and used. *
