A minimum of one week is required to process any custom order.  I do not have prebaked items available for same day requests.  All custom orders are based on bakery availability.  It is recommended that you submit your order request as far in advance as possible of your preferred pickup date. The bakery schedule often books weeks in advance. I do not like saying no to any requests, but am required to do so when fully booked. Thank you for understanding!

Berkshire Bakery is located in Mesquite, TX.  I offer scheduled pickups from the bakery Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and on Saturday from 9:00am – 2:00pm.  I appreciate you working with me on dates/times for pickups of your orders. Deliveries may be scheduled for an additional cost on orders of $50 or more.  Delivery areas are limited and can be discussed at time of confirmation of your order.  

Note: No shipping options are available at this time.

Submission of this form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee that I am able to book your order. Upon receiving your inquiry, I will contact you ASAP to confirm or deny your order request based on availability. If your order is accepted, a detailed quote/invoice will be sent to you via email. Please review the quote/invoice carefully and accept it. Your order will not be added to the bakery schedule until the quote/invoice is approved and paid. All invoices must be paid in full to officially book your order on bakery schedule.

Pricing starts at $48 per dozen. This is for cookies with a simple design and a standard size of 2-3” per cookie with 2-3 colors.  Larger cookies, extensive designs and multiple colors will be priced accordingly.

Minimum quantity to order is 1 dozen for cookies and cupcakes per flavor ordered.  Quantity can be increased by the 1/2 dozen as needed. All cookie orders will be individually heat sealed, labeled and packaged in a bakery box.  All pricing will be determined at time your inquiry is received and an official quote will be sent to you based on size of cookies requested and detail of design.

* Due to most platforms now charging fees for payments of goods/services all invoices will include a $5.00 transaction fee unless paid by cash or Zelle.

Berkshire Bakery is a Texas-Cottage Law certified bakery.
All bakery items are prepared in a home kitchen, which may or may not also have nuts or other allergens in it including: wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, nuts, corn or corn products.

All bakery items are made in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Department of State Health Services of a local health department.

Please feel free to send photos of invitations, decorations, or inspiration photos you may have, but keep in mind that all cookies are "inspired by".  I do not promise exact designs but will do the best I can to achieve your overall theme.
