2022-2023 Non Public Transportation Request
Please complete and submit this form to request transportation from Marion City Schools to Marion Preparatory Academy for the upcoming school year.  Only students residing in Marion City School district are eligible.  Please submit a separate form for each child. Proof of residency is required upon request in the form of a lease, mortgage statement, tax bill, or utility bill.  This form shall also be used to update our department with any change of address.  Please allow 3-5 business days for those changes to be made to our routing.  All students must be registered by July 1, 2022 to ensure transportation for the start of the school year.  Any requests submitted after this date will not be eligible for transportation until a later date.
