  1. Please fill out this PC Request application for each laptop requested. For example, if there are two people in a family needing a laptop each, then please submit two requests with all details necessary.
  2. We will get in touch with the requested/family very soon to coordinate the pickup/delivery of the computer/equipment.
  3. Please note that in general it will take a minimum of 4 weeks for us to satisfy a request.
  4. We work only within Arizona, USA and sorry we won't able to address any requests from outside of our operating boundary.
