Set-up will take place Thursday 9/7, and Friday 9/8 before the event opens. The actual event runs from Friday 9/8- Sunday 9/10.    Saturday 9-2 will be our busiest time, so if you volunteer for that shift there will be more perks, including but not limited to: pre-show breakfast at 9 AM, lunch at 1 PM, and a free item from the merch store.

Celebrity handling is a high demand role. If you would like this role, you must be 18 or older and available to volunteer for Friday, all Saturday, and Sunday. Slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Set-up and break-down volunteers may be asked to lift items such as tables, chairs, or boxes. No one will be asked to lift anything over 30 pounds.
