3. Proof of insurance is required from all vendors. The Town of Skowhegan and Main Street Skowhegan must be listed as additionally insured.
4. Payment is required in full after approval and before the event begins.
5. All items vendors intend to sell, including beverages, must be listed on this application.
6. We will try to avoid duplication of items.
