Which actions are you ready to take in the next four weeks to support you and your colleagues winning a stronger contract and substantive compensation for all licensed Jeffco educators?

Here's some of what we are advocating for:

Steps, levels and a cost of living adjustment (COLA)
Class size caps for secondary
Smaller class sizes for Title I schools
A full-time DTL in every school
Increased mental health supports for students
Lower ratios for school counselors
An additional 50 minutes of plan time weekly
Annual leave, combining personal/sick time for flexibility
