General Sign-Up form for Coordinators to organize communication and report to the league.

[Other forms will be needed by each school & league to actually participate in the season.]

Eligible Swimmers: K-8. Swimmers should be able to swim the length of the pool upon 1st practice.
Who: Coordinators are David Papke (thepapkefamily5@gmail.com) and Mersey Dahl from St. Mary's. Nativity's point of contact will be Bob Cox. We have numerous experienced coaches on board to help build up our swimmers and have fun.
What: St. Mary's/Nativity Team will be in its FOURTH combined swimming season. Swimmers will gain basic swimming skills to participate in competition.
When: In the past we practiced in the evenings on Wednesday/Fridays, some Mondays. ALL meets on Sundays. (Meets Sept. 17th, Sept. 24th, Oct. 1st., Oct. 15th, Oct. 22nd, Oct. 29th, Champs Nov. 12th)
Where: The plan is to practice at Williamsville East High School or Transit Middle.

Cost: $150

TEAM SNAP app will be used to organize practices & coach volunteers throughout the season. Please provide an email(s) you would like to be used for this. Add an additional email for another parent/guardian if needed.

*NEW* MEET MARSHALL: Training Required

Timer: Needed every meet.

Deck Hand: Often needed to help athletes get to where they are suppose to be during the meets. Could end up being a runner collecting sheets and turning into the scorer

Scorer: Training will be required

Official: Training will be required (We need 4-5 every meet. IMPORTANT and easy)

Coaching: Please list the level you wish to coach below in comments [8&U, 9-10, 11&Over]

Lifeguard: if you know of anyone please refer them to David Papke ASAP. If you are interested in getting trained (or have a child old enough) it is a 32 hour course. While we do need these, if you know of anyone looking for a few hours during the week/weekend please send them our way. We have links we can share for courses.

GEAR Parent: Last year we use Get Noticed but open to anything if interested.
