FESTIVAL FOCUS
The June Lake Jam Fest is a groovy concert event located at Gull Lake Park in the town of June Lake CA at 7,500 feet. Now in the 6th year, JLJF is attracting jam music fans from around the state, and is being recognized as one of the upcoming small boutique music festivals. As this is a music festival, craft vendors are more successful at this event than fine art vendors. The location for the vendors is adjacent to the stage area in the tennis court on the premises. MONO ARTS COUNCIL, a nonprofit arts council, sponsors this event to encourage the growth and appreciation of the arts in the Eastern Sierra. The funds which MAC receives from the exhibitors are used to cover the expenses of the festival, and support music programs for students in Mono County.

EXHIBITOR’S EXPENSE
$250 – 10’ X 10’ booth space (Includes festival entry for up to two participants. Discounted tickets available for additional booth helpers)
$10 – Processing Fee for mailed payment and/or applications and images
$15 - On-site Electricity Access (please submit requirements in application below)
$25 LATE FEE FOR APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER JULY 15TH DEADLINE

REGULATIONS • Exhibitors must display work only in the category in which they were accepted. • Exhibitors displaying work that is noticeably inferior or not presented in their application are subject to removal from the festival without a refund. • Mono County sales tax of 7.25% is the responsibility of the exhibitor. • Exhibitor must have a current California resale number. • Exhibitors must be present for the duration of the festival. • Booths must be set up by festival opening and stay open during the listed festival hours. • Exhibitors need to keep their booth area clean and free of trash. Exhibitors are responsible for ALL trash removal at the end of the festival. NEW* Exhibitors must get checked out by the Festival Director prior to leaving to ensure all trash has been cleared. Any exhibitor failing to get checked out and/or leaving excessive amounts of trash will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping on the festival site. *
