Our two day Leadership Academy focuses on acquiring conversational skills leaders can use in their day to day conversations. Be it in a job interview, a development check-in or bad news conversation. In conversations throughout the whole employment cycle, leaders can gain trust - which will lead to an environment of engagement. The capacity for gaining trust is ultimately the foundation of a good relationship with your employees.

During the two training days, we combine theory with practice. Everybody gets to work on their personal goals with a training actor. You decide what you would like to practice with. After this program you’ve gained practical insights and (leadership) skills that you can immediately apply in your professional and private life. And you will meet coaches from other companies and learn from each other.
