We believe in raising gentle, healthy and well feed beef from our families herd of registered Hereford Cattle. It is our desire that YOU will have a freezer full of the best meat you, and your family, have ever eaten! Please fill out the following form with your information. Our earliest beef will be ready in early summer 2025 with processing happening each month through September.

2025 Pricing Guide

Cost is $4.35 lb for Hanging Weight.
Whole Beef: This is about $3000.00 for a whole beef, and about 650 lbs -725 lbs hanging weight carcass. That will yield about 425 lbs of meat in your freezer.
Half Beef: This is about $1500.00 for a half beef, and about 325 lbs -363 lbs hanging weight carcass. That will yield about 212.5 lbs of meat in your freezer.
Quarter Beef: This is about $750.00 for a quarter beef and is about 162.5 lbs- 181.5 lbs hanging weight carcass. That will yield about 106.25 lbs of meat in your freezer. You may want to check with your butcher of choice for additional processing fees.
