What you will be doing...
● Talent Acquisition: Administering the overall recruitment, selection, on-boarding and induction process by coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders.
● Organization Development: Recommending policy improvements.
● Performance Management: Assisting line managers in setting SMART KPIs for their staff members. Assist in facilitating the annual, mid-year and probation period performance review sessions. Serving as a focal point for responding staff queries regarding the overall performance management process and use of relevant forms.
● Reward Management: Preparing monthly remuneration sheet considering all the relevant earnings and deductions.
● Learning & Development: Assist in conducting training needs assessment (TNA) and preparing training calendar.
● Compliance: Assist in conducting periodic HR Audit in order to ensure compliant HR filing system.
● Employee Engagement: Recommending various types of employee engagement events. Arranging events by teaming up with the Marketing & Branding team.
● HR Administration: Maintaining leave database and preparing monthly attendance report.
● HR Support & Communications: Issuing letters for job confirmation, increment, promotion, designation change, NOC, salary certificate etc.
What we look for...
● Bachelor in Human Resource Management.
● Fresh graduates. However, candidates having 1-12 months' relevant experience are also being encouraged to apply.
● Proficient with MS Office package. Specially, MS Word and MS Excel.
● Sound knowledge about general office rules and regulations.
● Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law will be considered as an added advantage.
● Proficiency in both oral and written English is required (alongside Bangla) as he/she will have to communicate with both local and foreign stakeholders on regular basis.
