I am required to provide the following documentation to the dealer at the time of contract signing:
* A valid driver's license with Current * Address
* Vehicle registration with *matching address to license
* Proof of vehicle insurance with *matching address to license
* A separate proof of residency with *matching address to license (example: Utility Bill)
* A state approved sales tax exemption certificate if you do not want to pay sales tax
IMPORTANT: * All required documents must be your current and display matching addresses. If any document is expired, incomplete or the addresses do not match, your pre-approval will be considered void and the rental process will not proceed until all valid documentations are submitted.
I understand that I must also remit the Contract Processing Fee at the time of contract signing and understand: This fee is not a payment toward the trailer or contract balance, it is non-refundable, and all funds must clear before I may take possession of the trailer. All the terms and conditions of the contract prevail and late fees, NSF Fees or Court Costs will be my responsibility if I am late or default on payments. I understand this is not a short term rental and 90 days same as cash is not currently offered. I understand that all invoices and communication will be by email and payments will be completed by the personal portal provided, calling into the office to make a payment by phone or by mail.
