K•U•L•T•U•R seeks entries for its SYNERGY art show, April 12-13, 2019. Located at the RADco building in the West Bottoms of Kansas City, Missouri. K•U•L•T•U•R is a nonprofit local organization that is striving to bring artist together as a collective consciousness. Our SYNERGY art show is about continuing with those intentions by uniting more artists with the community while raising money to further our mission. We are envisioning a future where artists make a difference creating a better world together. We can only achieve this with your SYNERGY! We are looking forward to seeing your heART at the show.

Important Dates and Times
Deadline for Entries: March 25, 2019 2 PM
Notification Dates: March 30, 2019 5 PM
(Artists will be notified if you have a space in the show.)
Synergy Art Show dates: April 12th 7-11 PM / 13th 5-9 PM
Eligibility: Open to all art mediums.
Artists may submit 5 jpeg images, send images to
(make sure you include your name)
Usage of Images: K•U•L•T•U•R reserves the right to photograph and use accepted work for documentation, website,
publicity or social media. Artists will be credited.
Agreement: Entering your work for the SYNERGY art show constitutes an acceptance of all the requirements set
in this prospectus, and if accepted, the artist instructions with be sent out.
Application fee is $45 (However, only $20 of it is due upon completion of the application. The other $25 is due by April 2nd. Send Payment via Venmo @

Entries will be evaluated upon submission by a jury.
Sales: K•U•L•T•U•R ask artists for a 20% donation on all sales.
Liability: Artists K•U•L•T•U•R does not provide insurance and may not be held liable for damage to any artwork
exhibited. Artists are responsible of the handling and hanging of their own work.
K•U•L•T•U•R is excited to announce that we have created an app for you, the creatives, and the community. KULTUR Collective app will have an abundance of amazing features all intended to give you all a central space to come together, learn, share, and support one another. Some of its many features include; artist’s chat, collective gallery, and artist’s directory. These features will not only help more artists to connect with other artists, but it will let the community locate the artists that are all around them. The official launch date for app is to be announced.
We are also proud to announce that we will have our own K•U•L•T•U•R wine. The labels will feature local artists. We will introduced the wine at the show, April 12th and 13th. Three lucky artists will have a chance to be the first featured on a bottle. More information about this below!
Wine label contest
We thought it would be a great idea to give three lucky artist the opportunity to be the first featured on our wines.
K•U•L•T•U•R will select one piece of art from each of our artists at the show. Those art pieces will be marked with
a number. The art will then be voted on by the community using a poll feature within the KULTUR Collective app.
Voting will start April 12-14th 5 PM giving your loved ones and other community member a chance
to get there votes in.
Winners will be announced April 15th on the app at 2 PM, and later at 5 PM on social media and K•U•L•T•U•R's

Artists must delivery Artwork by Hand: April 11th, 2019
*Artists will be assigned group numbers for delivery time.
*For example, Group A (11 AM - 1 PM) Group B (1 PM - 3 PM) and etc,.
(This information will be sent to you closer to show date.)
Artists are required to be at the show with their art on both days. (We want the
community to know you, the artist, and for you to be successful!)
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
