Use our Online Registration Form here to register your child at Community Nursery School for the 2024-2025 school year, which will start in September 2024.

If you are registering more than one child, please complete this form for one child, make online payment, and SUBMIT.  Then start a new form for additional child(ren).

Upon completion of the Registration Form, please go to the CNS Online Payment portal to submit the Registration Fee of $55.00, plus credit card process fees:  https://cnspumc.square.site
