Cultus Lake Day - Vendor & Food Truck Application
Join us for an all day festival at beautiful Cultus Lake Park's Main Beach. This event brings in thousands of locals and holidayers each year. A morning parade and pancake breakfast,  community competitions, live music, beer garden and fireworks, this is not an event to miss.

Artisan/Farm Vendors: 11:30am - 6:00pm
Food Truck Vendors: 11:30am - 9:00pm
Load in: 9:00am -11:00am

Event Fees (includes tax)
Food Truck/Tent: $190
Artisan/Non-Food Truck Vendor: $90
Youth Entrepreneur: (age 9-19) $10
Non-Profit/Community Partner: $10
Equity Sponsorship: FREE (available to anyone in our community that feels under represented which may include but is not limited to: BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Woman, Low Income)

By submitting an application with Cultus Lake Park Board Community Events & Engagement Committee you agree that:

1 - You have all required permits/licenses to operate the business in which you are applying with (Food Safe, Proof of Low Risk Item, Fraser Health Permit, LCLB, Serving it Right, Cosmetic Notification Number, Organic Certification Number)

2 - Business Liability Insurance

3- Cancellations received prior to June 10th (midnight) will be refunded in entirety. Cancellations received beyond the date of June 10th forfeit their market application fee.

Once you have submitted this application please give us 5 (five) business days to review your submission. During this time we may ask for photographs of your products and may ask additional questions. We will endeavour to ensure there are minimal or no duplicate products represented at the event.

You will be notified via email if your application has been successful and you will be given further information about how to pay and confirm your space.
