Workshop will offer to learn more about creation of site-specific contemporary circus shows.
Part of the workshop will be led by street art and parkour professionals Ward Mortier and Thomas Decaesstecker from Belgian contemporary circus company BE FLAT (https://www.be-flat.be/productions)

AUGUST 17
Arrival, 20:00 Be Flat show "Double you" during "Re Riga" festival

AUGUST 18, 19, 20
9:30-12:30 workshop with Be Flat ;
13:30-16:30 workshop with Jason Dupree  

AUGUST 21
9.30 - 12.30 workshop with Jason;
~15.00 presentation of site specific creation

!Artists selected for the workshop will be provided with honorarium up to 500 eur for participation in workshop and site specific show.
!!!"Grassroot" is offering travel and accommodation grant for Baltic or Nordic circus artists participating in the workshop. Approx. 8 grants up to 200 Eur are available. The main criteria is to apply first.

Other selection criteria - like artistic motivation and involvement in the event - can be applied by the event organiser. Please fill in the form and I will contact you.
