If you moved registration from 2020 to 2021, you will automatically be an Early Bird and get a free shirt.

Please provide a yes or no. If YES, please provide a detailed list of dietary restrictions. We will try our best to accommodate you. With the COVID restrictions, we suggest you bring your own food needs in case we cannot accommodate.
Are you interested in attending any classes/workshops? Most classes are offered by our vendors and may require an additional fee. Sessions will be announced in early 2021

Snacks will be done differently for 2021. Only "INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED STORE-BOUGHT" items will be allowed. NO HOMEADE ITEMS or items that have been handled prior to bringing to the event. Things like individual size chips, mini candybars, fruit cups, etc. are acceptable.

Liability and COVID Release:
All attendees must sign the following to attend the event: I hold harmless, release and indemnify The Great Hall, it's employees, and its volunteers and/or Scrapping For A Cure board members and volunteers from any and all liability with relationship to my participation in the Cystic Fibrosis Fundraising Retreat being held on April 23-24, 2021. This release includes but is not limited to, injury, illness, or transportation to and from the event. In addition, we Attendees will not be allowed to attend without agreeing to this release.

We understand that, once we have received your payment, circumstances may arise that could prevent you from attending the 2021 Scrapping for a Cure Retreat. We will make decisions on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to accommodate your situation. -- Our preferred method of handling cancellations is to either have a friend of yours take your place OR have someone on our wait list that can come in your place. Exchange of payment will be between you and your replacement. If neither of the substitution options above is possible, here are the points of our standard cancellation policy --- All cancellations must be made in writing (email) --- We cannot transfer registrations from one event year to another --- 2 months or more out from the scheduled event (2021 = up to 2/23/21), we will give a full refund minus $50 non-refundable cancellation fee --- Within 2 months from event (2/23/21 and after), no refund given unless we have a paid substitution for your spot. --- There will be no refunds for no-shows --- Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee and the check will need to be replaced with a money order --- Payment of the full event fee is due to be considered registered for the event. If not, this may result in losing your space at the event in addition to the non-refundable deposit. We will work with paid attendees if a situation beyond our control causes the event to be cancelled.

Photos and/or video may be taken of all attendees at some point during our event on April 23-24, 2021. Scrapping for a Cure may use such photographs for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustrations, advertising, and Web content. I release the right to make use of photographs taken of me and will expect no royalties for the future use of these photographs."
